This revision application has been filed against an ad-

interim order of maintenance.

In view of the Hon’ble Division Bench judgment of

this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmed v/s the State of

Bihar and Others reported in 2016 (4) PLJR 968, the revision

against an interim order would not lie.

This application is dismissed with liberty to the

petitioner to seek his remedy in accordance with law.
