Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned APP for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur

Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P. S. Case No.124 of 2021, instituted for

the offences under Sections 363, 366, 366A, 34 of the Indian

Penal Code and police after investigation submitted charge-

sheet under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.
