Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove

all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with

Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2020, registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the

Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the present petitioner, co-accused

Chandu Chaudhary and four other accused persons abused the

informant and the petitioner and co-accused Chandu Chaudhary

assaulted him with lathi and took away Rs. 17,000/- from his pocket.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

informant in his fardbeyan has stated that the petitioner assaulted him

with lathi but the dcotor has mentioned it as to be caused by sharp

cutting weapon which shows that the injury report is manipulated

one. He has submitted further that the present petitioner is a person of

clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

surrender within four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail before

the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya in

connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2020, subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the

petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove,

failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
