Heard the parties.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned order

dated 26.04.2018 passed in Title Suit No. 112 of 1992 is set

aside and the matter is remitted back to the learned 1^st

Subordinate Judge, Siwan to pass a fresh order in accordance

with law on the petition dated 20.02.2018 filed by the plaintiff

for marking report dated 13.02.1980 as an exhibit.

With the above observation and direction, the present

petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
