CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA

ORAL ORDER

4

08-01-2015

After having heard the learned counsel appearing

on behalf of the petitioner, this Court does not find any good

ground to review the order dated 05.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.

No. 14378 of 2011 by a Bench of this Court [Coram: Prakash

ChandraVerma, J, since superannuated] as there is no averment

in the whole civil review petition that any appeal was filed by the

writ petitioner- Opposite Party No.1 herein in the light of the

observations made in the aforesaid order dated 05.10.2012.

Prayer for review of the aforesaid order dated

05.10.2012 appears to be completely misconceived. Hence, the

civil review petition is dismissed, but without costs.
