Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

counsel appearing on behalf of the Sanskrit Sikchha Board as

well as the State.

The issue with regard to allowing the petitioners to

appear at the examination is no more relevant in view of the fact

that examination has already commenced.

The other issue with regard to grant of Praswakriti is

concerned, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

respondent convened to take appropriate decision at the earliest

after opportunity of hearing to the petitioners by reason

speaking order.

The Court will appreciate favour if the respondents

take appropriate decision within a period of three months from

the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed

of.
