CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR

SINGH

ORAL ORDER

2

18-12-2012

In the present writ petition a prayer has been made to

direct the respondents to provide police force for possession and

cultivation over the disputed land. Several disputed questions of

fact have been raised in the present writ petition which cannot be

determined in a summary proceeding under the extraordinary writ

jurisdiction.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.929 of 2012 (2) dt.18-12-2012

I, thus, find no merit in the present writ petition. It is

dismissed, accordingly.

sudip/-

(Ashwani Kumar Singh, J)
