Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as

learned counsel for respondent no.4.

After hearing elaborate argument on behalf

of respective parties, it has been perceived that the

grievances whatever petitioner has, may get redressed

through proper channel even during course of

investigation and for that petitioner will be at liberty to

approach the Investigating Officer / Superior Officer

over their status including the transaction so made

coupled with jurisdictional avenue. In case petitioner

approaches before the authority concerned, then in

that event those things should be shorted out during

course of investigation in presence of both the parties,

so that there should have fragrance of impartial

investigation.

With the aforesaid observation instant

petition is disposed of.
