Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the

third paragraph of order no. 2, “Session 2012-14” has wrongly

been typed in place of “Session 2012-2013/2012-14 under NCVT

Scheme” and date of order no. 2, the date of order “18.12.2012”

has wrongly been typed in place of “19.12.2012”.

In that view of the matter, the order no. 2 is modified

only to the extent that in place of “Session 2012-14” it should be

read as “Session 2012-14/ 2012-2013 under NCVT Scheme” and

date of order “18.12.2012” it should be read as “19.12.2012”.
