Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.

Upendra Kumar learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malslami

P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 instituted for the offences under

Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2021 is a person with clean

antecedent, charges have been framed and trail has commenced
