Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for

grant of regular bail in connection with Sadar (Muzaffarpur) P.S.

Case No. 100 of 2019 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of

the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case relates to dacoity in the office of
