Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for

the offence punishable under Section 364A/34 of the Indian

Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped

the son of informant and demanded ransom of Rs. Two lakhs. It

is further alleged that this petitioner gave threatening that if the

ransom amount is not paid his son would be killed.
