This application for regular bail arises out of Mashrak

Land dispute is admittedly the reason behind the

occurrence in which 10 persons including these petitioners, who

them that, armed variously, the offenders started assaulting the

informant and his wife. The informant's wife subsequently died.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63675 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022

has submitted that though there is allegation of assault against

co-accused Lalu Sahni and Muna Sahni, there is no such

allegation of assault against these petitioners who are females.

The petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2021.

Considering the submission that there is no specific

allegation of any overt act against these petitioners, they being

females, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail

on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
