The short grievance of the petitioner in the present
writ petition is to direct the respondent authorities to remove the
encroachment made by the encroachers from the land
appertaining to Khata No. 16, Plot no. 62, total area 63 decimal
land situated at Mauza Jamuni, Thanu no. 14, nature of land
Gairmazarua Aam Pokhar.

For the relief sought for by the petitioner in the
present writ petition, the petitioner ought to have approached the
Circle Officer, Obra, Aurangabad i.e. Respondent no. 6 for
redressal of his grievances. In such view of the matter, the
learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the
petitioner to approach the Respondent No.6. Liberty so sought is
granted.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed
of.
