Heard counsel for the parties.

Even according to the petitioner, he is a dismissed Principal

of the College in question. He can not represent the College in

absence of due authority by the Managing Committee to pursue

such litigation.

Even for argument sake, if the petitioner was the Principal

functioning as such of the institution, there could be an occasion to

consider the matter but a person whose status itself is under cloud

for which he is litigating before this Court and an LPA is pending,

this Court is not bound to adjudicate the dispute raised in the

present writ application at this juncture.

Writ application is dismissed.
