Heard the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the order/ notification dated
27.10.2014 (Annexure-1) issued under the signature of respondent
no.5, whereby he has been transferred from Patna and has been posted
at District Prosecution Office, Muzaffarpur on the post of Assistant
Prosecution Officer.
Though counter-affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the
respondents, but learned AC to Advocate General appearing on behalf
of the respondents submits that as per instructions received by him,
the representation dated 30.10.2014 filed on behalf of the petitioner is
under consideration before the competent authority.
In above view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on
behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition
with a liberty to pursue his internal remedy.
Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the
liberty aforesaid.
It is expected that if any representation filed on behalf of the
petitioner is pending, then the same shall be disposed of at an early
date.
