CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA
ORAL ORDER
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.892 of 2008 (4) dt.19-12-2012
2 / 2
2
4 19-12-2012
It appears that due to non-compliance of the
peremptory order dated 16.12.2010, the present revision
application stood rejected against opposite party nos. 2 to 16.
Though almost two years have elapsed, but no steps have been
taken by the petitioners for restoration of the present revision
application against the contesting opposite party nos. 2 to 16.
Hence, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter
pending only against the State of Bihar (opposite party no.1),as it
has become incompetent.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revision
application stands finally rejected.
Let this order be communicated to the learned court
below, without any unnecessary delay.
