Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to

remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a

period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection

with Complaint Case No. C-1/ 335 of 2020 for the offences

under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in a Complaint case, which

was registered after more than three months of the occurrence.

Earlier U.D. case No.2 of 2020 was registered in which it has

come that both the deceased and the complainant had taken

poison and the complainant any how survived but her husband

died. The petitioner is the sister-in-law (Gotani) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68640 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022

complainant.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

Let, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest

or surrender before the court below within one month from

today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, Judicial

Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint

Case No. C-1/ 335 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid

down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
