After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the order passed in

Encroachment case no. 10 of 2016-17 by filing appropriate

appeal.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

off with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate appeal and

in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks

from today, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained,

till the same is finally disposed off.
