Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent

Collector, Nalanda to dispose of Misc (Anganbari) Appeal

No.167/12 filed by her for setting aside the order dated 13.9.2012

contained in memo no.3853 passed by the District Programme

Officer, Nalanda by which she has been terminated from the post

of Anganwari Sevika of Anganwari Centre, Biyabani, Centre

No.2 of Biyabani Gram Panchayat within Dipnagar Block in the

district of Nalanda.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

respondent Collector would dispose of the appeal preferably

within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy

of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ

application stands disposed of.
