Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the
State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under
section 341, 323, 384, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this
case. The present first information report has been lodged
after four days of the alleged occurrence without there being
any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no
criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since
30.07.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62256 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2019

and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection
with Supaul P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.”
The order dated 06.12.2019 stands modified to the
above extent.
