The present petition has been taken up for consideration

prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic,

requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been list under the heading “To

Be Mentioned”, inasmuch as the learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank

Sri Rajesh Kr. Choudhary and the learned counsel appearing for

the respondent-State Sri Ravi Bhardwaj (AC to GA 13) have got

no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

of as not pressed.
