Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with

Complaint Case No. 872 of 2016 arising out of Patory P.S. Case

No. 270 of 2013 for the offenses under Sections 302/34 of the

Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The police after

investigation submitted final form and thereafter on protest the

Magistrate has taken cognizance in this case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

antecedent and after investigation the police has submitted final

form, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
