Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The instant writ petition has been filed for direction to

the respondents to dispose of Case No. 50 of 2011 filed by the

petitioner and other candidates against the Panchayat

Employment Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj, Khoragachh, Anchal

Sikti for appointment of Panchayat Teachers in 2nd phase.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

submits that the petition filed by the petitioner and others in

2011 is still pending.

Considering the fact that much time has already

elapsed but no final decision has yet been taken in this case, the

District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria is

directed to take final decision in case No. 50 of 2011 at the

earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of

receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, the Appellate Authority fails to dispose

of the aforesaid case within the aforesaid time, this Court may

deal with it seriously.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands

disposed of.
