1. This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of directions to the Family Court, Jagdalpur, Distt. Bastar (C.G.) to hear simultaneously the Case No. 36/2019 filed by the respondent and Case No. 79/2021 filed by the petitioner for grant of maintenance and further to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of interim maintenance within a stipulated period framed by this Court, preferably within a period of 30 days. It has also been filed for direction to the Court below to avoid giving early/frequent dates for hearing of Case No. 36/2019 looking to the medical condition of the petitioner.

2. Considering the nature of the case, notice against the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Brief facts of the case are that the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 30/04/2006 and three daughters got born out of their wedlock. When the petitioner was pregnant on 3rd occasion, the respondent upon knowing that the fetus is female in the uterus of the petitioner, abandoned her and instituted divorce proceeding.
