The limited relief that the petitioner seeks in the present writ petition is for

an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the

application under Section 165 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code

filed by the petitioner seeking permission to sale the property belonging to

the petitioner situated in khasra No. 234/1 area 0.950 hectare in village

Subhashnagar, Ambikapur, District Surguja.

The State counsel submits that the matter can be disposed of directing the

respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law at
