1) This petition is filed against the order dated 27.10.2021 passed

by the District Consumer Forum, Raigarh (C.G.) in CC/2020/51.

2) The order passed by the Consumer Forum is appellable under

Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act.

3) Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the

Appellate Authority.

4) It is expected that the issue of limitation shall be considered by

the Appellate Authority, taking lenient view as matter remained

pending before this Court for a considerable period. The order

i.e. Annexure P/1 which is certified copy of the order passed by

the Consumer Forum shall be returned back to the counsel for

the petitioner after retaining its photocopy.

5) Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
