Procedure, 1973 against the judgment of conviction and order of

sentence dated 09/10/1998 passed by Additional Sessions

Judge, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (M.P.) now (C.G.) in Sessions

Trial No. 391/97; whereby the appellant stands convicted and

sentenced as under:-
