20 /08/2015 The petitioner herein has filed this petition aggrieved by rejection of petitioner's claim that Question No.42 of question paper of Hindi language Part- B being incorrectly framed, the same was liable to be deleted and consequently one mark liable to be awarded to the petitioner.
2. The factual matrix of the case is in narrow encompass. As per the scheme of examination, “Teachers Eligibility Test, 2014” (In short “TET, 2014”) consisted of two papers viz Paper No.I and Paper No.II. According to the scheme, candidates qualifying paper No.I would become eligible to teach class from Standard I to V whereas candidates qualifying in paper No.II would become eligible to teach class from Standard VI to VIII.
3. Paper No.I of TET, 2014 consisted of 150 multiple choice based questions with four optional answers for each question. As per clause No.5 of the “instructions to candidates” of question booklet, the candidates appearing in TET examination, had to choose correct and appropriate answer out of four options given in respect of each of the questions.
