On hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there is

no sufficient material available on record to draw an inference that

the concerned authorities have proceeded further with the revenue

case, the proceedings of which has been stayed by this Court.

2.

In the absence of any proof of the respondents having proceeded

further with the revenue case, this Court is of the opinion that the

contempt petition would not be sustainable. The contempt petition

thus being not sustainable deserves to be and is accordingly

rejected.

3.

However, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for moving

appropriate application in the pending writ petition for any

appropriate relief.
