1. The petitioners through the present writ petition have sought for a direction

to the respondents-State to consider the claim of the petitioners for their

absorption in the services of the State Government. The authorities

concerned have also made Rules in this regard and the process has

already undergone and no decision as such has been taken by the

authorities concerned.

2. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioners have raised in the present

writ petition and considering the fact that the matter is pending

consideration before the respondents No.1 & 2, let the respondents No.1 &

2 take an appropriate decision in this regard in accordance with law, rules

and policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 4

months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed

off.
