1. Aggrieved by the order Annexure P/1 dated 04.02.2022. Vide the impugned order the respondents have placed the petitioner under suspension for the second time.

2. The brief facts relevant for the disposal of the present writ petition is that the petitioner is an employee working under the School Education Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh. The petitioner substantively holds the post of Principal of a Higher Secondary School.

He was posted at the Government Higher Secondary School, Tuman, Block Kartala, District Korba. The petitioner was initially placed under suspension for certain acts of misconduct and irregularities in the course of discharging the duties of the Principal of the aforementioned Higher Secondary School. The earlier order of suspension dated 07.09.2021 was issued under Rule 9(1)(a) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. However, as the charge-sheet could not be issued within the period of 90 days as per the provision of Section 9(5)(a), the suspension of the petitioner stood revoked and the petitioner was taken back in service.
