It is submitted that the petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved

by the inaction of the Collector, Raipur.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle bearing

registration No.C.G.-04-LF-0767, which has been seized in connection

with Crime No. 160 of 2021 for the offence under Section 34 (2) of

C.G. Excise Act. The petitioner has moved an application on

17.07.2021 praying for interim custody of the vehicle under seizure but

the same is pending without any decision so
