This criminal revision under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act has been preferred against the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by the Children Court/Additional Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.), Raipur Disrtrict Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 49/2021, upholding the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Raipur rejecting the bail application of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 07/2021 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with Section 34 of IPC.

The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 05.01.2021 complainant Sunil Kumar Verma lodged a written report that in between 04.01.2021 at 01:00 p.m. and 05.01.2021 at 05:00 pm some unknown person broke the lock of his house and stole gold & silver jewelry and cash amount from there. On the basis of written report, F.I.R. has been lodged under Section 457, 380, 34 of IPC and matter has been investigated.
