1. An application for disposal of the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on

the submission that when the authority did not decide the petitioner's

application, the petitioner filed this petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner

intends to seek a direction for disposal of her application pending before the

competent authority only. He submits that competent authority has not decided

the matter and keeping it pending on the ground that the petition has been filed

before this Court.
