At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that

liberty be granted to the petitioner to file different applications

under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for the different set of

incidents before the Court below and the instant writ petition be

dismissed as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merits.

In view of the above submission, the instant writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty in favour of

the petitioner.
