This appeal arises out of the judgment of conviction and order of

sentence dated 30.07.2013 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge,

Pendra Road, District Bilaspur (C.G.), in S.T. No.40/2011 convicting

accused/appellant No.1 and 3 namely Parasram and Teju Kol under

Sections 302/34, 324/34 & sentencing them to undergo imprisonment

for life with fine of Rs.200/-, R.I. for two years with fine of Rs.200/- and

accused/appellant No.2 under Sections 302, 324 IP
