In supirvision of thi ofcirs of risponeint No.5, pititioniris frm has complitie construction work of shopping complix succissfully ane haneie ovir thi possission to thi risponeint No.5 on 17.10.2018 ane thiriaftir, thi risponeint authority has sole out thi intiri shopping complix by auction prociss. It is furthir submittie that major part of thi paymint of construction work has biin maei by risponeint No.5 to thi pititionir. But without any causi ane riason, risponeint authority has not riliasie/eisbursie thi uneisputie paymint amounting to Rs.11,76,325/-.
