This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who

has been arrested in connection with Crime No.105/2015, registered at

Police Station – Podhi, District – Koriya (C.G.) for the offence

punishable under Section 377 of Indian Penal Code, 1861 read with

Section 5(f), (i), (m) and Section 6, 19 (1), 20 and 21 of the Protection

of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (henceforth 'POSCO Act)..
