instant writ petition and considering the bar which is otherwise

created under the Constitution of India, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the present writ petition. However, the right of the petitioner

to raise his dispute by an appropriate Election Petition stands

reserved.

2. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed

as not maintainable.
