1. Heard Mr. Anil Gulati, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pushkar Sinha, learned counsel, appearing for the non-

applicant.

2. The present revision petition is filed against the impugned order dated 10.03.2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Manendragarh, District Korea in Misc Criminal Case No. 10/2014, whereby the learned Family Court, has dismissed the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant.

3. Brief facts of the case are that the applicant and the non-applicant

are wife and husband and their marriage was solemnized on

27.05.2010. After sometime, the applicant filed an application under Section 125 CrPC before the Judge, Family Court alleging that right from marriage, the applicant used to harass and torture on account of demand of dowry and in furtherance of that the applicant was ousted from the matrimonial house after badly beating to her on 11.07.2013, therefore the applicant is living in her parental house and has no source of income to maintain herself and dependent upon her old and infirm parents, though the non-applicant is posted as Category-4 in N.C.P.H. Colliery under SECL and getting salary of Rs.30,000/- per
