1. This first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is in custody in connection with Crime No. 183/2022 registered at Police Station: Gaurela, District: Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi (C.G.)

for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of NDPS Act.

2. Case of the prosecution in short is that on 26.05.2022, on receiving a secret information from an informant, the police officials of Police Station: Gaurela, District: Gaurela-Pendra- Marwahi (C.G.) have seized total 21 kg of contraband Ganja from the possession of the present applicant. On the basis of said, offence was registered. The applicant was arrested on

3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that there were total four accused persons in this case and from one of the co-accused, the ganja has been sezied.
