1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the

applicant, who has been arrested on 07.10.2020 in connection

with Crime No.134/2020 at Police Station- Pandri, District-

Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 307, 34

of IPC & 25, 27 of Arms Act.

2. Case of the prosecution in brief is that on 11.09.2020 at night
