1) By way of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the criminal proceeding initiated vide Criminal Case No.304/2013 by the learned VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur, whereby application for compounding the offence under Section 506-II of the IPC has been allowed in respect of the petitioners and the petitioners have been acquitted from the charge under Section 506-II of the IPC however the offences under Sections 364, 365, 120-B read with 34 of the IPC have not been compounded being the non-compoundable offences. 2) Thus, the petitioners have sought the following relief(s):-
“i. This Hon’ble Court may kindly call for the entire records pertaining to case from the trial Court.
ii. set-aside/quash the FIR dated 07.09.2013 bearing Crime No.281/2013, registered at P.S. Golbazar, Raipur and subsequent entire criminal proceedings in respect of the petitioners, which is pending before the learned VII th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) as Sessions Trial No.304/2013, in the larger interest of justice.
