2. Also, heard Mr. D. Kamduk, learned counsel for the respondent who has submitted that he has filed the Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent today.

By this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 21.11.2019 and 13.12.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), West Siang District, Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh in Money Execution Case No. 21/2019. By the order dated 13.12.2019, a warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner herein, fixing the case on 10.01.2020, for the production of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement made in pargraph-6 of this application to project that the summon was served on a family member, who had informed the petitioner about the same only at a later stage. Accordingly, it is submitted that because of lack of timely knowledge, the petitioner had defaulted in appearing before the learned executing Court in connection with Money Execution Case No. 21/2019 arising out of Money Suit No. 15/2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sub
