JUDGMENT

This is a Criminal Appeal directed against the Judgment and Order dated 02.09.2014 and the order dated 28.10.2014, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, West Sessions Division, Yupia in Sessions Case No. 132/2010 arising out of Ziro P.S. Case No. 22/2010 under Section 302 & 436 of the Indian Penal Code , wherein, appellant/accused herein, was convicted of the offences punishable under the sections of the Indian Penal Code mentioned above and, sentenced to Rigorous Imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation and also sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment of 5(five) years with a fine of Rs.5,000/- with default stipulation and, directed that the 2(two) terms of imprisonment should run concurrently.

2. Heard Ms. D. Yoka, learned Amicus Curiae appearing for the appellant, Mr. T. Ete, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Mr. K. Dubey, learned counsel who appears on behalf of complainant/respondent No.2.
