1. Heard Mr. V. Jamoh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. P. Sangita, learned Government Advocate for the respondent No. 1 & 2. Also heard Mr. R.L Thungong, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. The respondent No. 3 is the petitioner of CRP No. 42(AP)/2022

The Civil Revision Petition No. 20(AP)/2021 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (C.P.C for short), with prayer to set aside and quash the impugned Order No. LKB/JUD-K/42-09/2018/305 dated 22.09.2021 passed by the Addl. Deputy Commissioner-cum-Executive Magistrate (ADC for short), Lower Siang District, Likabali, whereby and where under, the ownership of the ancestral land of the petitioners have been illegally and arbitrarily decided in favour of Bali Taipodia Community. The petitioners in this case are Shri Duge Taipodia and Shri Karmi Taipodia and they are cousins. The Deputy Commissioner, (DC for short), Likabali, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Executive Magistrate, (ADC for short), Likabali and Shri Mijar Taipodia are arrayed as respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
