the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities

in levying the interest on the balance 50 percentage amount i.e-, Rs. 1,66,771.50

Ps, wherein interim stay has been granted by this Honble Court in W.P.No.3320

of 2013 dl. 5-2-2013 subject to the final determination U/Sec. 154 of the lndian

Electricity Act, 2003, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjusl and unconstitutional and

consequently drrect the respondent authorities not to levy the interest on the

balance 50 percentage amount till the final determination U/Sec. 154 of the lndian

Electricity Act, 2003, and to grant

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying tliat in the circumstances stated in

the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct

the respondent authorities not to disconnect the power supply in respect of the

Service Connection No. IV3009580 fixed to the premises bearing H.No, 19-2-628,

Dood Bowli, Hyderabad, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition, in the interest

of justice and to pass
