WRIT PETITION No.24612 of 2022

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the

respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of

admission.

The petitioner herein claims to be the absolute owner and

possessor of agricuiture land admeasuring Acs.4. 15 guntas in

Survey No.1026 of Ainapur Village, Komaravelly Mandal, Siddipet

District, having acquired the same under a registered sale deed

dated 23.06.2006 vide document No. 1354 of 2006 and in turn the

same was purchased by his vendor in the year 1998. It is further

submitted that originally the said extent of land was assigned in

favour of Sri G. Narsaiah in the year 1955 and the same was also

reflected in pahanies for the years 1955 to 1958. Therefore, any
