ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order dated

21-11-2012 passed in Crl.M.P.No.781 of 2012 in Criminal Appeal No.542 of 2011 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby and whereunder, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge dismissed the application filed under Section 391 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner is the complainant and the 1st respondent is the accused in C.C.No.62 of 2010 on the file of XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad. The petitioner/complainant filed complaint against the 1st respondent/accused for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The trial Court dismissed the complaint on the ground that the petitioner/complainant did not possess the money lending licence on the date of the transaction, by judgment dated 19-11-2010. The petitioner/complainant assailed the judgment of acquittal of the 1st respondent for the offence under Section 138 of the N.I.Act by filing Criminal Appeal No.542 of 2011.
